📅 Tuesday 21 July 2026 · 🕰️ 8:00 PM (Sydney time) · 💻 Online via Google Meet · 🔁 Weekly · Free

This is a weekly online session. Join us for a free evening during the sacred nights of Gupt Navaratri. Learn the Narvaan Mantra, the essence of the 700-verse Durga Saptashati, with guided shloka pronunciation, the Nyasa technique, and a complete 15-minute daily sadhana for your home. All welcome. No experience needed.

Why this session

  • One mantra, 700 verses. The Narvaan Mantra is revered as the living essence of the entire Durga Saptashati. Learn it properly, once, and carry it for life.
  • Practice, not just theory. Walk away with a complete 15-minute daily ritual: breath, intention, invocation, altar and mantra, explained simply for the modern home.
  • Guided pronunciation. Every shloka and syllable guided live, so you can chant with confidence and clarity.

What we will cover

At our first session, we explored why the Durga Saptashati has been treasured for centuries, as an allegory of the inner battle each of us fights, where Mahishasura represents the ego and Raktbija the desires that multiply the more we feed them. The path to victory, the scripture teaches, is surrender to the Divine Mother.

In this session, we move from understanding to practice. Together we will learn:

  • The Narvaan Mantra and why its seed sounds (bijaksharas) carry such power
  • The Nyasa technique, placing each sacred syllable on the body’s energy centres
  • Correct pronunciation of the shlokas, guided live
  • The complete daily ritual: nadi shodhan pranayam, sankalpa (intention), invocation and altar setup, step by step

The timing matters

We are in Gupt Navaratri (15 to 23 July), nine nights traditionally held among the most powerful for beginning a Devi sadhana. Start now, and let the practice grow with you.

Who this is for

Everyone. Families, seniors, young professionals, complete beginners. Whether you joined our first session or are new, you are welcome here.
